The Sell My Vacation, Inc. advertising program is designed to help you sell your timeshare within 90 days. If your timeshare is not sold within 90 days, Sell My Vacation, Inc. will renew your advertising at no additional cost to you. During this time, if your timeshare is sold by you or any other company within 20% of the advertised price or higher, provide us with proof of sale and we will refund your advertising fee.

I understand that Sell My Vacation, Inc. is a for sale/for rent by owner advertising company. I understand that Sell My Vacation, Inc. will provide my timeshare information to large corporations, travel agents and the vacationing public.
I understand that Sell My Vacation, Inc. will not negotiate on my behalf without my authorization. Sell My Vacation, Inc. will bring all offers directly to me immediately.
I understand that the advertising fee is a nonrecurring, non-refundable fee.
I understand that Sell My Vacation will advertise my timeshare for a period of 90 days. If my timeshare is not sold within 90 days, Sell My Vacation, Inc. will renew my advertising at no additional cost to me. I understand that during this time, if my timeshare is sold by me or another company, within 20% of the advertised price or higher, I am to provide Sell My Vacation, Inc. with proof of sale and Sell My Vacation, Inc. will refund my advertising fee.
I understand that Sell My Vacation, Inc. will advertise my timeshare rental any time in the future at no additional cost to me. I understand that I may advertise my timeshare for sale at any time in the future at no additional cost to me.
